Application Process

Follow these four steps to begin your child's journey at SIS. Our admissions team is here to support you at every stage.

Submit Your Application

Applications must be submitted to our Admissions Office on campus. We also accept in-year admissions for families who have relocated mid-year.

Book an Appointment

Contact our admissions team by phone to schedule your appointment. Our team will guide you through the next steps and answer any questions.

Non-refundable

Pay the Application Fee

Once the application fee is settled, you will receive the required admission forms to complete and return alongside the required supporting documents.

Sit the Entrance Assessment

Every prospective student sits an entrance exam tailored to their age and year group. Results determine the most appropriate class placement.

In-Year Admissions Welcome

Families who have relocated from another country or school during the academic year are welcome to apply at any time. Please bring the following additional documents:

Prepare these documents before your appointment to ensure a smooth and efficient admission process.

Standard Application

  • Completed admission forms — issued after application fee payment
  • One passport-sized photograph of the student
  • Copy of the student's passport or birth certificate

In-Year Admissions

  • Transfer letter from the student's previous school
  • History letter from the student's previous school
  • Most recent report card or academic transcript

Special Needs & Catch-Up Classes

If your child requires special needs services or tuition catch-up classes, an additional form must be completed and submitted to the Admissions Office. Extra fees may apply for specialised learning support. We are committed to ensuring every student gets the help they need.

Payment Guidelines

Tuition fees are billed per term and must be settled before the start of each academic term.

Fees may be paid in full or in structured instalments, as agreed upon with the school's finance department.

A non-refundable application fee must be paid upon submission of the admission form.

A separate assessment fee is required before a student sits the entrance exam and is allocated a class.

Bank details for transfers and deposits are provided upon request from the finance department.
